While the El Encanto studio rooms are a bit dated, need some repair and may have a musty smell, Hacienda Encantada does make it all up with the service they provide. From the housekeeping service, to the pool bar service, and restaurant service, they all were great. This is the second time that we vacation here, and we will be returning. The food is absolutely delicious. Any request we made was quickly fulfilled. Please don’t let our first line scare you away, We’ve been at other resorts where the service and food have been horrid despite the nice looking room. So, just keep that in mind. We have a picky 11 year old son who loves this place and enjoys the attention that he gets here at Hacienda Encantada. We honestly love the fact that they care about our child. Our deepest appreciation to all the staff who made it possible for us to enjoy our vacation.
